Luke Couzens

Luke is absolutely thrilled to join the company of MaineStage for the summer season. Originally from West Hartford, CT, he spent 8 years in Chicago, studying, working & training, before moving to Brooklyn, NY, in 2015. He is a graduate of the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts, and of The Theater School at DePaul University. Some favorite credits include the title role in Macbeth (Stages on the Sound), George in Our Town (Theater at Monmouth), Tybalt in Romeo & Juliet (First Folio Theatre), Coyote in References to Salvador Dali…. (Something Marvelous Festival), Jim in The Glass Menagerie (Oak Park Festival Theatre), Coriolanus (The Hypocrites), and Letters Home (Griffin Theatre). In his free time, he enjoys yoga, cycling, nature, dogs, making music, and weird art. Much love to his friends and family for their continued support.
